Rosehip is extracted from the seeds of the rose, it has an extraordinarily high Vitamin C content, this oil helps to reduce scars and wrinkles, when it was first discovered it was marketed as Cell-X and was sold for a rediculous amount in the department stores. This is the ideal oil to use for skin that has prematurely aged due to sun exposure or to help repair damaged stretch marks on the body or to help to reduce scarring after an operation. It can also be used on the skin prior to an operation to help prepare the skin so that it will heal much faster and not scar.
